Community Yoga

Group yoga at Better UK leisure centres in & around Cardiff.

Regular classes each week Tuesday – Saturday at Fairwater & Western Leisure Centre.


Sam is a registered yoga teacher with Glo-pamper for pamper parties in the local area offering tailored sessions to meet the needs of participants.

What to expect?

To explore your being. Observe sensation within the physical body, tune in to thoughts & feelings within the mental body & connect to the natural rhythm of your breath. Create the union within.

Yin yoga

Yin helps to achieve optimal health & wellbeing by working on the deeper tissues in our bodies including the ligaments, joints & bones.

It is a slow practice, holding poses for extended periods (2-5mins) & aims to be yielding, allowing & nourishing for both our mind & body, promoting flexibility.

Yoga Flow

Focuses on mobility within the physical body, connecting with your natural rhythm.

Sessions begin grounded on the mat with slow stretches that gradually increase in momentum leading up to a balancing pose with different options offered throughout.

Movement will slow down towards the end with longer holds before reaching our final resting pose.


Sam likes to share poems, different meditations & ambient music for you to focus on the physical & mental sensations in your body.

Everything Sam offers is a guide & she encourages participants to listen to their bodies & provides space for you to move at your own pace.
